Please make plans well in advance to assure the accommodations you desire will be available.
A Deposit in the amount of the 1st Night’s Stay is Required at the time of booking. Our cancellation policy is by 3pm 7 Days Prior to the Arrival Date for Full Deposit Refund.
We offer Ground Floor Pet-Friendly accommodations in Harbor View Rooms with either two doubles or two queens or Forest View Rooms with two doubles. Pet Friendly rooms are limited and based on availability, pet fee is $25 per day per pet.
Reservations
We offer 1st floor Pet-Friendly accommodation in Harbor View or Forest View rooms. All Pet-Friendly rooms have two double beds. Pet Friendly rooms are an additional $25 per day. Pet-Friendly rooms are limited and are based on availability. We do not offer smoking rooms.

Above Rates apply for single or double occupancy. Children 5 years and under stay for free. An additional $15.00 is charged for each 3rd and additional person over the age of 5 years. Cots are $15.00 and cribs are $10.00. No more than 5 people to a room. Above rates do not include the 9% Maine State Lodging Tax.
