Our Accommodations
The Kimball Terrace Inn offers 70 modern, spacious rooms. We have 3 styles of rooms.
- Harbor View rooms have a view of the Northeash Harbor Yacht Marina, 2 queens or 2 double beds.
- Forest View rooms overlook a wooded area with two double beds.
- Single rooms have one double bed for a maximum of 2 people and overlook the parking lot.
All rooms are smoke-free.
Harbor View Rooms
Our Harbor View rooms offer sliding glass doors opening onto a patio or private balcony overlooking the Northeast Harbor Yacht Marina.
Harbor View 1st & 2nd floor rooms offer the choice of two double beds or two queen size beds. Harbor View 3rd floor rooms offer two queen size beds.

Forest View Rooms
Forest View rooms overlook a wooded area and offer the same amenities with two double beds.

Single Rooms
Our Single rooms are smaller and overlook the parking lot. Single rooms offer one double bed, for a maximum of 2 people.

Wireless Internet is available at no additional charge, and a guest computer is available in our lobby.
There is also a large outdoor swimming pool (equipped with handicap chair lift), gift shop, lounge area with TV, VCR, games and conference facilities. Ample parking is available at no additional charge. Our Lobby is staffed 24 hours.
