Above rates apply for single or double occupancy. An additional $10 is charged for each 3rd and additional person over the age of 5 years. Children 5 years and under stay for free. Cots are an additional $10. Cribs are $5. Refrigerators are available for $10 per day. No more than 5 people to a room. Above rates do not include the 7% Maine State Lodging Tax. Non-smoking rooms available. All rooms are air conditioned. No pets.
Please make plans well in advance to assure the accommodations you desire will be available. A deposit in the amount of one nights stay is required to confirm all reservations. Seven days notice prior to arrival date is required for a deposit refund for cancelled rooms.
